Payment/Deposit:

A deposit of 30% is required for all purchases. Maiella's accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Financing is also available for qualified buyers. The balance due on all orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery. Payment upon delivery must be cash, check, or money order. If you wish to pay the balance by credit card, the credit card payment must be made in the store prior to delivery. We're sorry, but we cannot make any exceptions.

Cancellation/Refunds:

Cancellations are not accepted after 3 business days. Refunds are not issued upon cancellation, only store credit. A 30% restocking fee will be incurred upon cancellation. There are no returns or cancellations once delivery of furniture is made. There are no returns on any special order merchandise. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for merchandise that does not fit into room or through doors, halls, or stairways. Your deposit acknowledges your awareness of our aforesaid store policy.

Delivery:

Maiella's offer free local delivery. A small delivery charge may be incurred outside our delivery area. All furniture is delivered by trained professionals who will set up the furniture with no packing materials left behind. Maiella's inspects each piece, individually, prior to delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if necessary, either a repair or a replacement will be made at our option. Necessary service will be performed ether in the customer's home or in the shop of the seller, depending on the nature of the repair.
